Waits are long, for the VIP package to only wait in line at a VR for 25 min to be told to Come back in an hour because a party has priority over any other guest who just walked in. Half of their machines don't have wifi service so they don't work 🤦🏻♀️ not a good first experience at all
Drove one hour to go to this venue. Purchased packages online. Got there in middle of weekday afternoon, only to be told that there was 3.5 hour wait for karts. They don’t accept ahead of time reservations. Ok, so can we do the ropes? Nope another 3 hour wait. Ok let’s improvise and play the video games! Yeah that’s a big failure. It’s not big like u would think the prices are too high for nothing ran out of prizes so we just got a card full of tickets go cart ride is less than 2 min it’s just not worth the 1 he drive when y can go to pin stacks or Dave n buster and have more fun for way lesser money at least u get ur money worth....
I WILL NEVER RETURN! AFRER SPENDING NEAR $500... THIS PLACE WAS THE BIGGEST RIP OFF! MANAGEMENT WAS RUDE THE FOOD WAS HIGH AND THEY WERENT PREPARED FOR THE CROWN DEPITE WHAT THEY ADVERTISE ONLINE! I WILL NEVER RETURN! I hope enough people post about their experiences and shuts the place down! The expensive food was greasy and slopped together!

The Go karts was totally a waste every 2 mins the carts kept stopping and we had to come and be rescued
The go carts were the best part! half of the gaming machines did not work so that was a waste of money on that part! Honestly to expensive for what they offer.
The games where all horrible, over half of them not even working so very hard to even find one to play. Games take all your money and don’t even let you play. Very crowded and loud. Karting was okay but they are so strict they turn your kart off every 5 seconds. Overall horrible experience and will never be going back there.
