They allow to many people in there at one time! We had my sons 16th birthday party there last Saturday. We were literally shoulder to shoulder with people. That's not appropriate for a pandemic.

Improve the go karting experience, can't even get a full lap in without them stopping the kart THE WHOLE entire time. I understand the safety reasons behind the stopping but if I can't get a proper full 1 LAP without going 2 mph because of some other people's fault then I just wasted my money and I wouldn't spend it here again.

They take your money for 3 pack racing then tell you that you can’t get into a race until 2’or 3 hours later. Who wants to sit and wait HOURS until you can race and of course it is non refundable!! 🤬🤬

If today was 50% or less capacity, I would hate to see 100%. Packed. Impossible to maintain any personal space. Customer service slow or nonexistent. Manager had to assist because membership not processing. Gave us temp cards. Never came back to bring correct cards. I had to track down a different manager to get them. Races running 40 minutes behind schedule. Never saw anyone cleaning video games. Several games not working.

Nope. They limit the speed on the carts. For the price $22 ea. you should at least get to race. Bummer. First and last visit.

Paid $75 dollars for 3 people to race and was only 3 laps. Sat on track for more time than raced. Wouldn't give us money back! Will never go or recommend.

They do not follow state mandates requiring masks to be worn during the pandemic crisis. Too many people, touching everything and no masks either.

Don’t waste your time or money the carts go so slow and mine kept slowing down for no reason even when I was pressing on the gas and it was really hard to turn them so everyone kept running into the sides! I’ve been to many go cart places and this was the worse go carts I have ever tried!
