Staff AND security handled a situation VERY poorly. It could’ve gone a different route but it didn’t.
Worst experience ever!!! Managers and all.
Not organized, poor staffing drove all the way out here and my kids couldn’t get on the ropes
At least three to four of the games took our money and there was no one around to help or answer questions
the wait on the games and food is totally unbearable we waited for 45 minutes on food and the line for the ride was over 5 hours never again
Personally think this place is a great idea... but poorly executed. Too many people, too long of wait lines, half of the games don’t work and understaffed. It would be a great place but way too many people to actually enjoy it. Ended up giving our money cards to other people due to not Being able to actually enjoy it.
I’m completely disappointed, half of the games didn’t work. Overstaffed but definitely none of the employees seemed worried about the games not working, lots of trash and the so called sanitizing stations were just empty tables. What a waste of time and money, i do not recommend people to drive all the way here, there are better options closer to D-town.

Great experience for a Birthday- we didn’t have to wait. I am leaving a negative review because of the amount of people during a pandemic- crowd not regulated. I had to make them sanitize the VR helmets.... they wouldn’t have if I didn’t insist. They do not force masks and they do not actively sanitize the games! The kids weren’t able to do free play because of this. This could be an amazing experience if they would regulate the amount of people they let in.
