Good luck trying to plan any karting here. There is no reservation or scheduling system to get a race time. It's first come first serve. The first time we tried with two kids, they told us it was a 90 minute wait AFTER we waited in the registration line for 20 minutes and paid. We left and returned the next day, off peak hours, hoping for a shorter wait, and was given a 3 hour wait. No thanks.
Worst bday party. The people who work here only come for a pay check. If you want a chaotic bday party with employees mocking you, bring your kids here. If you want a bday party to last hours after it was scheduled, bring your kids here. I have already reached out to management over a month ago. No response. I am not sure why management left their email address on this page if they will not respond.
no one answers the phone and they ignore emails. it's impossible to plan events here.
We had to do the junior karts due to age. I think they were in sloth mode.
Took my 87 disabled year old Air Force veteran dad there today to ride the carts. Something he wanted to do, while I was visiting him here in Dallas. We arrived at 1:30 and were told we couldn’t race the carts until 3:30. Both of us were totally disappointed. We were told at the door that we wouldn’t have problem riding the carts. Other people were riding, and there were plenty of carts available. No worries we won’t be back.
The nightmare started when my wife and daughter walked out of class before the race. There is no one to direct where people need to go. Someone told us to make a line on the wall, we saw the names of my wife and daughter on the screen, they ran at 4:24(and we have picture of the screen). However, the person who attended us said that we had to wait for the next one, so 4 additional groups came and my wife and daughter continued to wait for instructions. The staff was nice, but the go karts were an overpriced and underwhelming experience.
It is impossible to agree on a birthday. My wife and I came and asked all the details, the managers showed us all the halls and karting. We filled out the form and waited for the prepayment link. The next day, the managers called us and said that party was not available for that day. This is not serious! I do not recommend planning an event!
28$ or 8 min of a go cart that is extremely slow Could if been better
