Staff rude lines way to long the and disorganized
Place needs better management and an actual plan besides just letting folks in the already packed building
Disorganized!! Not enough people working! Way too long of lines to purchase attractions! Strongly do not recommend!
We made it there about 2:30. stood in line for an hour. We get inside to purchase our attractions and get told we have to wait until 7:45 to cart and zip lining wasn't any better. Then we purchase 50.00 worth of aracade games and majority of the games did not work. We tried to make the best of it and not to show our kids that we were unsatisfied. it was very busy is all I could say And 5 hours wait to drive a go cart and zip lining was close i t had reached its limit is what I was told I actually think its over rated but I guess everyone want to try the new spot.
none of game machines was working drove almost 2 hours very desipointed
Place sucked. We was in line for awhile. Get to the door at 3 pm. We tell the guy we just want to do the carts. Then he said adults could ride now but my 13 year old daughter had to wait till after 10pm. Are you stupid. Why would we set there for over 7 hours. Look at the reviews before you go. There is a reason this place only has 3 stars.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! First of all I would like to point out that there are only about 10 people in this video...it was extremely crowded and UNSANITARY!!! The food and drinks were VERY expensive...I paid $15 for a ‘Party Patron’ drink that I waited 45 minutes for!!! My best friend opened a tab and the bar tender LOST HER DEBT CARD!!!!!!!! I purchased a reloadable card on the machine for $45 and when I went to swipe my card to play games 90% of them did not work, they read ‘bad WiFi connection’ or ‘attendant needed’. It was a serious disappointment. We purchased our tickets online and had to wait 40mins in line because people kept cutting in front since there was no rope to block off the counter. Once we got to the counter they wouldn't give us the voucher for laser tag which was part of the package we paid for. Was told at 6:30 our Race would be at 8:50 which was fine since we were wanting to eat which was the only good experience while we were there. Our server Victor was AMAZING!
