Definitely not worth the money I spent in there. The go-karts are a joke! And just observing none of the games were being sanitized, no social distancing what so ever, tables for eating were horribly dirty, and there was no limit to how many people were allowed in. Place just isn’t for my family.
I loved the drinks and the games were cool but you can run through them pretty quick. Its definitely priced above it's worth. I wouldn't recommend simply 1 day night can put you back 200 to 250 buckeroos and leave scratching your head as to why.
If you want a leisurely go kart drive at a walking pace go ahead. This is go kart driving not go kart racing. My kid more that proved himself and they had his kart turned down the entire time. 2:27 vs my 1:13. No reason when the first time we did this he was within 12 seconds of me.
Attention owners and managers of this facility: As a resident and small business owner of Katy, my family and I expected good customer service and experience from this place but we had a terrible first time customer experience. First of all, upon arriving, no one greeted us and ask us if we needed any help. We saw 3 employees just standing around and playing with their phones. The main reason I would not recommend this place is because of The customer service. I went with a group of people for my nephews birthday we did not plan a party there just had friends and family meet up. We did go-carts and the arcade. when we asked about laser tag we were told that the laser tag was a first come first serve basis. We played games and decided we would do laser tag before we left When we got the tickets we went and waited in line for laser tag. They are VERY unprofessional including the manager Andrew! I would not recommend.
Honestly after reading so many reviews on how good this place is I was so terrible disappointed.... it went for the first time last week and.. wow... the staff is VERY RUDE. Especially the guy working the go karts. The bartenders took forever to greet us... it’s very understaffed. I had high hopes and just wanting to experience a good date night but sadly we left early. This place needs lots of improvement.
Bartending area sucks.. my wife and I sat at bar, ordered our first drink and waited 20 minutes to get another drink as bartenders walked right passed us. 😡
