If the management had one iota of class or common sense, they would be ashamed of the way my family was treated today. My sweet grandson’s birthday was completely ruined. I will never set foot in this place again. It is best to stay away.
The place is nice and the atmosphere is fun but the kart racing isn’t even remotely worth it. Almost $26 per person per race. The heats are 7 min long and we spent more than half that time being either speed limited or stopped. We couldn’t even get a full lap in under power. Don’t bother with racing here, if you want to cruise around the track for $26 under caution then this is the place to go.
It’s misrepresentation, this is not racing, it’s not anything like racing, they’re elec cars that the establishment has control of. Very miserable experience for myself, my 14 yo daughter and my 10 yo son, kids were completely disappointed. The tracks are horrible on top of the facts your really not in control of the car. We will not go back. If anyone does want to experience what racing is like go to speedsportz racing park or Houston carting complex.
The facility was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, however, the prices were too high for the value received. Everything was alicart so by the time we selected what we wanted to do it was too expensive. The Kart ride only lasted a few minutes and we were so disappointed. The atmosphere was great but we didn’t see the value for the money spent.
OVER PRICED!!!!!! I was not happy with my experience. First, when I called to get pricing to host a party, the amount quoted was not the actual price once I got to this place. Once there, I had another horrible experience with the bar and the food court. $20.00 for 8 wings no sides nor a drink. Staff act as if placing an order was an inconvenience to their day. Safe to say I will not be back!!!!!!
Son developed periorbital cellulitis in his left eye from using VRSet goggles
Can’t reserve race times. Don’t drive more than 2 hours unless you want to wait around 3 hours to get a race time. Very disappointed.
Go karts for not chargedproperproperly they were not as fast as they said they were and we lost our time due to not fully charge karts.
Had a great time but won’t be back. Way overpriced and left us rather underwhelmed. The mini golf super sucked and definitely NOT worth the $10-$15/person to play. Two positives - everything is indoor AND there’s a bar!! So at least you can try and drink to forget how much $$$ you just forked out for such a disappointing experience. 😀
