I have tried for the last 3 weeks to get ANYONE to respond to me to schedule a birthday party....no luck. Several calls, voicemails, a couple of emails, promises from the receptionist that someone will call me back....nothing. Called today and asked to speak to a manager and was told they can't schedule birthday parties, only the sales manager can and she's not in today...was offered her voicemail. Bar was soooo understaffed … took a while to get drinks both times I went to the bar and I saw a 24 count pour more than once …. So if your wondering why sales aren’t where they should be … that’s where it is …. The PM guy Josh, was the only bartender to acknowledge our party ….

Nearly all the employees act like they hate their job and definitely do not care to help customers. Lack of leadership at this place. It could be a great place if the staff was better.

I would not recommend having a birthday party at Andretti - Katy. I purchased the biggest birthday package at the Katy location for my daughter's 10th birthday after going to the Andretti - The Colony location. We have more family and friends in the Houston area and thought it would be fun for her to spend her birthday with family. Plus, it’s a new place and who wouldn’t want to drive a “race car” for their birthday. RecommendedHad my sons party here today it was awesome. The girls at the registration were rude to my guest. Rolling eyes . Didn't want to help one of my parents with one of the game cards. Total disrespect bad additude. If you do not want to work with people find a different job.
Hosted my son 6th birthday party very unorganized, unprofessional, the host kept trying to close me out before it was even our time to leave.
