let me tell you how embarrassed and disappointed I was. I understand i signed a contract for a specific day and room. However this is the 1st location, that I will warn people when booking a birthday party. They have your reserved time for your table, an hour after the guests arrive. This isn't like Chuck E Cheese, or Dave & Busters where you get the table/room right away. They do the race car package part 1st. Their prices are not bad, but they are not worth what I paid for. So many interruptions while racing. For sure they are making business out of all us
well what happened somebody came in and mess with the go-karts they were running 30 seconds burlap now the go-kart to run and 36 seconds per lap that is very disappointing they're going to have to change the go-karts back to the way they were that is very disappointing you don't get some I started for a whole year on a go-kart and then slow it down you make them faster if you don't show him down
The racetrack was nice & average price, however there is not an observation area. The majority of the arcade games were out of order. We paid almost $15 for 2 soft drinks & a bottle of water. The bathrooms were dirty & several sinks were out of order.

way too much people you couldn't move without bumping into someone. some of your employees are clueless I get they are young kids but you guys pay a decent salary and they should strive to do better.
Food and service at the bar was terrible. Took forever to get served, we were told we did get charged for bacon on the burger when it comes with bacon, pasta was dry and drinks weak....the games and racing is okay but I wouldn’t recommend food or drinks.
too crowded. disjointed lines, and more chaos to figure out where's what. over priced games, and prizes were by far the worst I've seen. I got to do the go karts, but it was more like bumper karts as I got hit more than 5 times and my neck is sore. half the ride was yellow flagged because people kept crashing. the karts are too fast for the track for the average driver on the adult track. the lines were long because the drivers kept crashing.
Horrible service manager Riley does not deserve a leader ship role
