Today Dec 4th James Wilkerson came to our new home and put all of our concerns to rest regarding our heating system. He was very courtesy, aware of the pandemic risks”wore a mask” but most of all didn’t make us feel like a inconvenience but a valued customers. He explained the adjustments made to our fan motor with the Hvac system to increase air flow and checked out every piece of duct work in our attic with a follow up of what he discovered and repaired or adjusted. I have used Yohe's plumbing for years. They came through again when the need arouse. The staff at the office were very helpful and keep me posted concerning my repair. Byron the technician assigned to my repairs was excellent as well as his helper (sorry I can not remember his name) Both went above and beyond to assist our needs.
