Tim and crew was great and addressed our needs while also being super friendly and answering any questions we had.
Called and had an appointment within two work days. The technician communicated clearly when he would arrive. He found the issue, showed and explained it to me in language I could understand, and fixed it in a reasonable timeframe. He didn’t try any upsell or other bull. Glad to do business with you and will definitely refer friends.
Everything about them from start to finish was great. I got 4 quotes, and City was the best and friendliest. Dwight was the salesman, and he was great. Frankie is the install manager, and he was great, then Andrew & Josh installed everything and I can’t begin to tell you how great they were.
