He found the issue, showed and explained it to me in language I could understand, and fixed it in a reasonable timeframe. He didn’t try any upsell or other bull. Glad to do business with you and will definitely refer friends.
Everything about them from start to finish was great. I got 4 quotes, and City was the best and friendliest. Dwight was the salesman, and he was great. Frankie is the install manager, and he was great, then Andrew & Josh installed everything and I can’t begin to tell you how great they were. City Heat & Air came out today to work on our AC. The team at City Heat and Air is super nice and they care about their customers. You can rely on their honesty and professionalism. You can’t go wrong with calling them.
Used them for HVAC systems for two of our properties. They were professional and prompt. Had a small electrical issue (not with the unit but with the wall breakers installed by someone else). When the system shorted out, called City Heat and Air and they came out within the hour. Incredible service at reasonable prices. Highly recommend them! Don't hesitate to call them for your HVAC needs.
