Very fair pricing, work done when they said it would be. Painter1 was very busy in our gated neighborhood today and it all looks so much better!
VLH is a gated, David Weakly, community in Lake Highlands neighborhood of Dallas.. This community was established 9 yrs ago. This spring our HOA management company sent notices to 80% of the owners notifying them of necessary maintenance to our homes: landscaping, home repairs & painting. B/c the exterior of our homes is brick & stone, only the trim & doors are paint; so not a large job. Painter1 was willing to paint our homes @ a fair price individually.
