We had a great experience with the delivery service from Modern Furniture in Hallandale, FL. We purchased an Italian leather sectional with both a left and right recliner, and it looks absolutely beautiful in our home. The delivery crew, Wesley and Patrick, were outstanding. They carefully unpackaged and set up the sectional with great attention to detail. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely seemed happy to be working for the company. We bought a dining room table with 8 chairs. Juan Ramirez provided us with professional service, while displaying great patience answering our myriad of questions. We are very pleased with the quality of the dining room, and the competitive prices provided. No surprises at all, which is what I like. Delivery by Wesley and Patricio was flawless, with them arriving early (always good so we don't waste the day), unpacking all boxes and assembling the top of the table to the base. I had a wonderful experience at the store! Carolina was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She helped me choose the perfect bed and made everything so easy and comfortable. I’m very happy with my purchase and with the quality and design of the furniture. The showroom is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the whole experience felt very welcoming. Do not trust this company. If you have not purchased from Modern Miami, I strongly urge you to reconsider. We purchased a table after being clearly told we would have it in our home within two days. Payment was collected immediately. After nearly three months of constant follow-ups, we never received the table. Throughout this entire process, we were given repeated assurances that it was shipping from Miami to LA, that it would arrive “tomorrow,” and that delivery was being arranged.
