2 stars because I can see the potential and how some people may love this place. This was my first time at Andretti, for my son’s birthday. We came for their 2 hour arcade only package. When we arrived we quickly noticed that most of their games were not working. They either had a sign that stated the game was not working at its full capacity (not distributing tickets), or that the game didn’t work all together and you were unable to play. This was my first time going here with my teenagers and my 10 year old. My son was interested in doing the intermediate track and based on what I read online, you have to be 12 years old so I was hesitant to going in. I didn’t make any reservations and we went in around noon on a Sunday, it was not crowded at all. So our party host was fantastic. We had a full schedule beforehand, and there was a reasonable amount of buffer time in for teenagers showing up late to the party. Anytime there was a lull in the schedule, she got us in on extra activity with cost direction on time and meeting place for the next activity. We had an extra kid not show up at all, and I would have liked to turn that body count into something else like extra races or something, but this isn't something they allow. Went for the first time on Father's Day. We were there for about 3 hours and we were all able to race once and do some of the other activities. Not sure how it compares price wise to other karting experiences, but we had fun and I found it reasonable. We bought a platinum package which was 4 races and 4 attractions and a $50 game card for $156. This was very last minute find for our family and we had SO much fun! It was definitely pricy and the instructions were not explained to us very well which made it pretty confusing 🫤 however now that I know a little more about how things work I would definitely go again!
