Our AC went out around 8 PM at night and we called many different places and AC/DC responded promptly and even gave us some pointers for a quick fix over the phone. The next morning, John did not hesitate to come out and run A diagnostic on our equipment and made sure that we were up and running efficiently before he left. He was very nice and respectful and seemed genuinely concerned about our needs. Super nice guy! We will be using this company from here on out.!
If I'm not mistaken, I think Doug was the person who came to service my unit! It's been MONTHS since this happened & I wish I wrote the review back then because I dont remember EVERY detail and I like to be thorough with my reviews. But, nonetheless... I have been with Jefco for 12 years and in my opinion they are the best! Totally reliable and responsive. Any problems are addresses immediately! Fair price and very knowledgeable staff! Would nit use anyone else!

On Time, Knowledgable, Professional. From booking the appointment to the actual service, these guys are great. I had Doug come out to my home to inspect my system before the summer heat goes into full swing. He was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He didn't attempt to sell me anything I didn't need but did provide me a fair quote to get my 20+ year old system replaced. He took additional time to fully explain all the questions I had.
