Our AC went out around 8 PM at night and we called many different places and AC/DC responded promptly and even gave us some pointers for a quick fix over the phone. The next morning, John did not hesitate to come out and run A diagnostic on our equipment and made sure that we were up and running efficiently before he left. He was very nice and respectful and seemed genuinely concerned about our needs. Super nice guy! We will be using this company from here on out.!

If I'm not mistaken, I think Doug was the person who came to service my unit! It's been MONTHS since this happened & I wish I wrote the review back then because I dont remember EVERY detail and I like to be thorough with my reviews. But, nonetheless... I do know that they came out VERY QUICKLY, and were WAY cheaper than the other company tried to quote me (I THINK it was FH&A) The guy from the other company even tried to say I needed an entirely new furnace! They are the best ever I've experienced. They arrived on time and ready to service my A/C and Heating system. Florida's climate is brutal on heating and cooling systems. I have used their service for many years. I have propane for our heating system. Long time ago when we built our home, we installed propane utilities. The builder's sub-contractor for the heating system refused to service their system after we moved in!!! Thank God for AC by DC. They are certified on propane heating systems!!
