Stopped by today for a quick adjustment on my glasses and had a fantastic experience. Sasha took care of me and was absolutely amazing. Not only did she fix the issue I came in for, but she also noticed and corrected another problem I didn’t even realize I had. She was friendly, attentive, and clearly very knowledgeable. It’s rare to receive that level of care for something that was supposed to be a quick visit. Highly recommend and definitely ask for Sasha if you can!
Service was very pleasant. The staff super friendly and helpful. Explained everything very thoroughly. Fast arrival as well. I ordered them on Friday and they were ready for pick up the next Tuesday. Super pleased!
Had my eye exam and got a great pair of glasses. Everyone was excellent. I want to give a shoutout to Maggy for getting my glasses fitted correctly. She is very knowledgeable and was very professional. Highly recommend 20/20 if you need eye care
Stopped in at 20/20 Eyeglaa to change clear nose pieces which weren’t clear but green and to clean rim around nose pieces which, also green… from sweat, dead skin cells etc…. Quick, effluent , friendly and very helpful… definitely recommend this establishment ! Joe took care of me very well… Thank you very much
They ripped me off, sold me lenses I can't even read Street signs with and then argued with me about everything. Complete rip off, about $450 dollars for 1 eye exam and 1 glasses and still cant see. They even bent my glasses saying that was the problem but after researching this garbage they up sold me on, it is literally one of the problems with it. They would not offer me a refund and stop helping you after 30 days. They also got aggressive towards me when I said I couldnt see still after 4 visits and 3 phone calls about ... read more
